To ALL of my friends. 3 Documents regarding SUBCARPATHICA…

SUBCARPATHICA is the area where the Duke of Transylvania, Prinz Rakoczi II. lead freedom fight started against the Habsburgs in 1703.

The Roussins were from the beginning his closest fighters.

It is incredible to listen to all those liars in the west about the “untouchable” borders of “Ukraine” a country pieced together by Stalin and Nikita Krouschchev
from a variety of Polish, Hungarian and other territories.

Sub-Carpathica is an area, all WEST from the top RIDGE of the Eastern Carpathians.
The RIDGE was always the borderline and the area always belonged to the Kingdom of Hungary,
that was destroyed be the Entente in 1919 after the armistice of November 4 with Hungary in Padua, Italy, where the borders remained “untouchable”
just to carve up Hungary after 1919 in the Versailles “peace” treaty of the jolly jokers in the west.
The US Congress never approved the Versailles treaties, but double face Roosevelt changed that to help the Soviets to occupy most of Europe with Eisenhower on the ground.
The fight in the Carpathians and then on the Hungarian plains and Budapest halted the Soviets, only.
The jolly joker warmongers (French and British) in Versailles gave the area of SUBCARPATHICA, sometimes called TransCarpathica as a gift to the Czar of Russia,
but the Hungarian took it back in 1939.
Again the Paris “peace” treaties following 1945 changed the borders and STALIN the UNTOUCHEABLE Democrat of the Jolly Jokers took the territory in 1945 after bloody fights in the Carpathians.
When the Roumanians changed sides and went to the SOVIETS the Red Army closed in from the South and the area was occupied by the Soviet Red Army.
Now the Russians are reminding the western warmongers that the area belongs to Hungary. They really know this better.

Only Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, speechwriter of Ronald Reagan calls on the politicians (NOBODY is Listening),
NOT to take the USA into a bloody war with the Russians, who said they are ready to use NUCLEAR warheads to flatten the USA if NATO keeps closing in on them.

SUBCARPATHICA is the answer, by making the RIDGE into the borderline again so the East cannot influence Europe any more.
But of course the Hungarians must be recognized as a nation in Europe.
A Terrible price to pay by the very democratic war makers for peace…after 1703, 1848, 1919, 1945 and 1956.
Long live the Prinz of Transylvania.

The Roussins are requesting the recognition of their nationhood.

The Presidium of the Roussin People’s Council of Trans Carpathia (NRRZ) is requesting in a Declaration the Recognition of their independent nationhood in the constitution on national level and the restoration and recognition of their rights from the new leadership of Ukraine.

The declaration of the Roussin organization is establishing that the Presidium of the NRRZ is following the political, social, and economical developments in the past few months with great concern in Ukraine. The demonstrations at the Independence plaza in Kiev the sacrifices of human lives makes the new Ukrainian leadership of he country to fac serious threats regarding he territorial unity, highlights the declaration. Based on the Declaration, Russia separated Krim, there are serious upheavals in the eastern and southern parts of the country, national bankruptcy is in sight, the legal order has fallen apart, a threatening situation was developed in the area of human rights, and freedom rights, including the national minorities, listed the web site from Munkács.

According to the Declaration the NRRZ for many years was supporting the democratic development and the European integration of Ukraine, with regards to the fact that in Europe the human rights and the right for a normal life is observed.

“We were searching for compromises, in democratic ways, distancing ourselves from radical solutions to resolve the problems,” claims the Roussin organization, and comments with regret, that contrary to the practice of European countries, where the Roussins are recognized as independent national group, Ukraine until this day did not recognize them to be a genuine people and their rights are still violated.

The NRRZ is requesting from the new leadership of Ukraine to finally arrive at to making the decision to recognize the Roussins at national level with inclusion of this in the Constitution and the restoration their rights. The organization calls for decentralization of power, the expansion of authority of he regional and local self governments, similar to the European examples.

The NRRZ requested the European organizations to help the Ukraine to stabilize its economical, social and legal system so that Trans Carpathia following the examples of many past centuries could remain the exemplary place of tolerance for national minorities rights.

Declaration of Hungarian non governmental organizations and historical churches

We the representatives of the non governmental organizations established by the genuine, native Hungarian population and the historical churches, we are following the developments in the country with alarm and distress.
In the most recent times under the Carpathian area armed, radical elements showed up, who are generating fear in us and in our children while reducing our senses for security. It is alarming that the anti Hungarian investigations are on the agenda and the media of Ukraine is featuring more and more falsified historical presentations.
We are supporting the peaceful settlement of the issues and we are hoping that the new leadership of the country will observe the individual and collective rights of the national minorities based on European values and rights of freedom. We are expecting that the Hungarians under the Carpathian mountains wold be regarded as native national group and as such they will be regarded as full members of the national spectrum for which the cultural and regional self determination would be recognized. The state must generate the necessary laws and regulations for the framework of this and the state must supply the budgetary quotas to support it.
We Hungarians here under the Carpathian Mountains would like to live here as Hungarians obeying the laws as citizens in a country regulated by law.
In order to achieve these objectives we are requesting that the state would provide:
    – the prospect for equal opportunity in every aspect of life,
    – the laws and financially based conditions for the use, preservation and protection of our native language and culture,
    – The educational structure from nursery school to university education
    – the learning of the administratively used language to the level that helps the individual to its advancement in the social life. (teaching of the Ukrainian language must not be based on political, but professional and methodical considerations. They must accept the fact that we have our own native language and therefore, the Ukrainian language to us is a second language that must be educated accordingly, corresponding to requirements to feasible educational aspects, standards and subject matters to meet requirements in helping further educational perspectives).
    – The recognition of the institution of dual citizenship in the Ukraine that will enhance the European integration of the country.
    – the legally guaranteed financial support of the educational and cultural institutions created and established by the minority Non-governmental institutions and the historical churches.
We believe that it is the will of God that the nations and people lived next to each other peacefully, and that it should be the most important ordinance of those who are forming the political life to observe the will of the Creator. We, Christian Hungarians in this area under the Carpathian Mountains lived with other nations peacefully for at least 1100 years and we would like to live and prosper this way peacefully and in mutual respect in
    the future.
We are praying and we are requesting everybody to act and to pray for this accordingly so peace would arrive to Ukraine and that the forces of evil could not initiate fires between the nations living in this area.

Petition to the Government of Hungary

We the undersigned are committed Hungarian people who on this march 28th, 2014, gathered in Budapest at the Plaza of Polish General Joseph Bem, in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to express our demands that the Hungarian territories occupied by the Ukraine would be returned to Hungary and in protest against the sanctions to the Russian people of the Krim peninsula because they practiced their right of self-determination. We are demanding that the following steps be undertaken by the Government of Hungary unconditionally especially with regards to the Constitution, Section D, which proclaims that the fight for the rights for the collective rights of the separated Hungarian communities must be a national government policy.
We cannot keep passively just observing and without taking action when history gives us a new chance to destroy the unjust framework that trampled over the self-determination rights with the Trianon dictate.
It is more than clear that the self-determination rights guaranteed by the international conventions must also be related to the 200,000 Hungarians and almost 1 million Roussins of the Trans Carpathia Region. This was so far the case also and in 1991 when a national voting tried to enforce the measure, but then was sabotaged by the Ukrainian state. The current changes in the Ukraine that were enhanced by outside powers and parallel the return of the Russian community of the Krim peninsula to Russia by a legitimate national referendum points towards the unconditional duty of the Government of Hungary that as a defense power must demand involving as an alternative even international military presence the security of the Hungarian community and the legitimate possibility of a referendum regarding their return to Hungary together with the Roussin nation which lived in friendship with the Hungarians from times immemorial. Until then a full territorial autonomy must be guaranteed to them as it is mandatory by the Resolution of the Parliamentary Convention of the European Council n. 1832/2011 that makes the measure compulsory to the member states.
We are committed to send signals of enhancement and encouragement to our Hungarian brothers and the Roussins in Trans Carpathia and also to the other nationality groups – the Polish, Russians, Roumanians – living in the Ukraine about their right to self-determination and to the Government of Hungary to stand up straight for the above objectives, while we are condemning any other coward, subservient behavior.

    Because of this:
    1. We are requiring the government to initiate immediately the session of the Security Council of the United Nations to secure that the Hungarian and Roussin community which lived for almost one thousand years in Hungary that they would be allowed to held a referendum under international control to use their right for self-determination as it is coded in the International Convention of Political and Human Rights of the United Nations. The government should initiate that the Security Council of the United Nations would introduce international peace keeping forces and international observes in sufficient numbers to secure the legitimacy of the referendum in Trans Carpathia.
    2. We are requesting that the government recognized without delay the referendum on the Krim peninsula on March 16, 2014 as an act compatible with international law, the practice of self-determination law, and would recognize the return of the Krim peninsula to Russia as valid.
    3. We are requesting that the government would immediately withdraw its support to all sanctions against Russia in connection to the Krim referendum and the return of the area and that the government would not support any such sanction in the future. In addition the government should declare that such sanctions are in collision with the international disciples about guaranteed self-determination laws that were disregarded at the 1920 Trianon pace dictates when referendum was not allowed to be held and when Hungarian territories were separated from the country, and 3,5 million Hungarians were simply illegally separated from the motherland.
    4. We are requesting that the government would immediately get the Hungarian Defense units ready to be able to provide security to the 200,000 Hungarians living in Trans Carpathia of which more than every third person more than 50,000 people carry Hungarian citizenship, consequently they are citizens of the European Union. In order to serve this purpose we are requesting that all Hungarian military personnel should be brought home from foreign lands where they are serving foreign interests and that according to their oath, they should serve the motherland and their compatriots.
    5. We are requesting that the government would immediately announce its claim that the Trans Carpathia region where for many centuries the Hungarian and Roussin people lived peacefully together be returned to Hungary similar to the precedence already proven on March 15, 1939 when a revision of the unjust Trianon treaty was adjusted. Until that time that these oppressed and secondary citizens of Trans Carpathia would be able to voice their desire if they wanted to return to Hungary we are requesting that Hungary enforced the results of the 1991 Trans Carpathia referendum that requested a large scale autonomy to the Roussin people including a Hungarian autonomy for the Hungarians in the Beregszasz region.
    6. We are requesting that the government stood up for the self-determination rights of all national groups now oppressed on the territory of the Ukraine, especially for the Polish, Roumanian, Bulgarian and Russian groups in supporting their cause and that together with the countries responsible for those nationalities groups would take all reasonable diplomatic, strategical and tactical steps for the common success for their self-determination objectives.
    7. We are requesting to immediately withdraw Janos Martonyi the Minister of Foreign Affairs who for many long years showed and especially with his current expressions proved that he is absolutely unfit to represent the interests of the Hungarians in foreign relations with his treasonous, coward acts and in handling the situation regarding the Ukraine. His acts and releases are to be taken even more seriously in the light of the fact that while there is a historical moment for the Hungarians to implement our national interests and to at least partially adjust the illegitimate and unjust peace dictate in 1920 an act which is in collision with international law that sentenced our nation to death, and in face and in spite of which not only in Trans Carpathia but also in former Northern and Southern Hungary and Transylvania a sizeable Hungarian community managed to survive while faced persecutions and deprivations of their rights. With regard to this it is important that the government brought the issue of all separated Hungarian territories to the international forums as well as before the Security Council of the United Nations to highlight the unjust borderlines drawn up in the Carpathian basin for readjustment, because so far all nations living in the area could live with the measure of self-determination the Hungarians were deprived from it, only.
    8. We are requesting that the Hungarian Government acted at the Foreign Service of the European Union and at the Council of the European Union in the interest of protecting the 200,000 Hungarians and their rights especially in the light of the fact that more than 50,000 of them are carrying Hungarian citizenship, consequently they are also citizens of the European Union that is the European Union is carrying responsibility to protect them.
The World should see that the Hungarians are a nation of freedom and now together with the Polish and the Russians on one side we are able to bring back the freedom to Trans Carpathia which is illegitimately possessed by the Ukraine.
Finally, we are quoting from Count Istvan Szechenyi a leading Hungarian the following: “Everything has it’s moment in a certain time, which if lost the virtues and honor are gone forever and with it life and all hope”.
The above points were accepted unanimously by the members of the demonstration with one vote and we are asking every person who features good will in this carved up country in the Carpathian basin and everywhere in the World to join us and to request together with us to make the steps described above at the earliest time to protect the Hungarians of Trans Carpathia and in interest to reunite Trans Carpathia and our homeland again.

We are awaiting your effective actions and reply.

  • Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme of this blog. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appearance. I must say you’ve done a excellent job with this. In addition, the blog loads extremely fast for me on Opera. Excellent Blog!
